permission to browse (list) traversed folders

Hi,

What is the best way to allow users to browse through (view) the traversed folders?

Let me explain:
I have shared a folder (share permissions: everyone=Full) \\SharedFolder\Level2_A\Level3_A\Level4_A\
I have set write permissions to "Level3"-folder for group "ACL_GroupA_Write"
Users can access the "Level3_A" -folder by entering the full UNC-path. This is by default because off "Bypass traverse checking" -setting.

What I want is:
1. Users should be able too see the "traversed" -folders and be able to click through the folders from the SharedFolder -root.
2. Users should NOT be able to see other "Level2"-folders (e.g. \\SharedFolder\Level2_B) if no permission are given to it or it's subfolders (Level4_B).

What is the best way to do this?

Regards

lakend
