Give a user read permissions to folder but deny him/her copying contents? Is it possible?

Hi,

Is there a way to give a user read permissions to a folder but deny him/her copy permissions? I have been searching for way to do this in windows server 2012 R2 without any luck. I have a folder that i would like a user to see the contents but not change or copy it. Any one who know the tricks?
