I have a Win 2008 R2 Enterprise server running Exchange 2010 SP3. It has been losing disk space on the C: rapidly over the last couple of weeks. Even when I check "Show hidden files, folders, and drives", and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files", there is still 11gb of space that is being taken up that is un-accounted for. I verified this by running WinDirStat on the server, and it shows 11gb of "unknown" data on C:. Shadow Copies are disabled, so I'm not sure what could be taking up this much space and why it can't be viewed. Does anyone have any suggestions?
