Removed Replication Group in DFSR and cannot get DFSR to work again.

Hi,

Windows Server 2012 R2 *2 and DFSR was working nicely, and then I accidently removed the Replication Group, and have then have not been able to get DFRS working again. I consistently get the following error when running a health report  "Due to the following error, the DFS Replication reporting mechanism cannot access the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) namespace to retrieve certain reporting information. Error ID: 0x80041002. "

I've rebuilt the wmi database, recreated RGs, rebooted, stopped/started services etc but to no avail.  I've searched the forums including the link below...

Does anyone have any further suggestions before I open a case with MS Support?
