My main disk is almost full

Hi to all.
We have a windows server 2003 R3 Std connected optician with an ibm SAN.
The point is my main HD (one of the SAN HD) is almost full.
The total size of the SUN is 1.2 TB (3 X 408 GB)
The 1st SAN HD is 99% full, the 2nd SAN HD is 10% full and the last one is 85% full
I would like to know it is possible without run any program to increase my 1st HD and decrease my 2nd HD

PS: There is no problem to delete the second hard disk partition but it is VERY difficult to do the same with the first or the third.
