Storage Spaces - Drive going offline

Hey everyone,

I have a Dell R720xd with an H310 card.   I have presented 16 x 1TB SSDs to the system and configured a drive with 8 columns.    I have mounted this drive up and created some network shares.   Locally when i am copying files and moving data around i am seeing performance of 400MB/s - 500MB/s.
Every couple of hours or so I start to see a bunch of errors ( I have a hunch that it is generated when heavy file writes are happening, there is always a bunch of reads going on).  This is hosting media content to various endpoints.  (Content delivered via Aspera, content is then QA'd on the network)

The IO operation at logical block address 0x16006dc8 for Disk 2 (PDO name: \Device\00000035) was retried.

I see this not just for Disk 2, but for just about every disk in the system.   This is then followed up by:

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk17\DR17 during a paging operation.

On this volume i have deduplication turned on, and i guess write caching is also enabled by default on the Storage Space.

This is SOMETIMES correlated to a StorageSpaces-Driver event:

Physical drive {87b52689-dc9c-11e4-80b5-806e6f6e6963} failed an IO operation. Return Code: The I/O device reported an I/O error.. Additional related events may be found in the System event log for Disk 6.

But not always.

Any where else I can look for logs or some indication of what might be going on?
